Three weeks remain, and so do four public forums: A schedule of remaining Boise council and mayoral debates

In three weeks, the results of the race for Boise mayor and three open city council seats will be officially tallied up. There are a limited number of opportunities left before that time to hear from candidates running for these positions. Below is a list of the remaining events.

  • October 16
    • What: A City Council Forum hosted by Boise Young Professionals. 
    • When: The event begins at 5:30 pm and will likely run until 7:30 pm.
    • Where: Trailhead Boise, 500 South 8th Street
    • Extra: This is a public forum, and not exclusive to BYP members.
  • October 17
    • What: A Mayoral Forum hosted by the North End Neighborhood Association and sister neighborhood associations across the city (East End, West Downtown, Southeast, Northwest).
    • When: The event begins at 7 pm and will likely run until 9 pm.
    • Where: Boise High School Auditorium, 1010 Washington Street
  • October 21
    • What: A Mayoral Forum hosted by the Associated Students of Boise State University.
    • When: The event begins at 6 pm and will likely run until 8 pm.
    • Where: Jordan Ballroom in the BSU Student Union Building, 1700 University Drive
    • Extra: This is a public forum, and not exclusive to BSU students. Attendees can submit questions for the candidates in advance.
  • October 23
    • What: A Mayoral Forum hosted by Boise Young Professionals.
    • When: The event begins at 5:30 pm and will likely run until 7:30 pm.
    • Where: Trailhead Boise, 500 South 8th Street
    • Extra: This is a public forum, and not exclusive to BYP members.
